Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you change your mind, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the bear is in its original packaging with all tags attached and unused. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the bear, we'll refund or issue store credit for the value of the item.
If the product you received is defective, we're also here to help. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it by sending photos of the defects to email@example.com. We'll be happy to offer an exchange or, in the case of unavailability, a store credit or a full refund including shipping costs.
Cancellations are accepted before the order has shipped and a full refund will be provided within 14 working days from cancellation. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
